Where disputes arise it is easy to rush into litigation but this is not always the quickest or most cost effective solution. Michael Ridout, who is also the firm’s senior partner, has been with Smith Chamberlain for well over 30 years. In addition to being head of this department, he also has wide ranging experience in many other legal fields and has successfully advised numerous local businesses and individuals over the years.
Keith Ryan, who is also a partner, has been qualified for over 10 years. He has been giving sound legal advice for some 20 years and currently specialises in employment, personal injury and landlord & tenant matters.
Pat Keane, is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and she undertakes most of the firm’s debt recovery and agency work. |
